Fushun Engineering & Construction Corporation Limited of Petro-China (abbreviated to FECC) was established in 1986, Whose former body was Fushun Petrochemical Engineering Company. Since June, 1999, it was separated from its main body, meanwhile, it began to enter oversea market and domestic market to undertake engineering projects and use oversea human resource. Ln September 2003, it was regrouped as the present company. It is a professional and comprehensive engineering and installation company that has the qualification for the First Class petrochemical engineering construction contract and owns manufacture license for pressure vessels Class I and II, it has passed the authentification of ISO9001 Quality system and HSE/OSH system.

We undertake daily repair and maintenance for 174 sets of units, in which there are 3 porjects that have been ranked high quality projects by Liaoning Province and there are 31 projects gaining the reward of high quality project by Fushun City, FECC ranks first place in actual comprehensive strength for construction in Fushun City, it has been ranked AAA grade enterprise by Liaoning Province.
